Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Rokkhe's website and security platform. They cover authorized assessments, account security and review of AI-assisted results.
Publisher
Rokkhe is operated by Rokkhe SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Its registration with the Paris Trade and Companies Register is in progress; the legal notice lists its details.
Authorized use
You may use Rokkhe only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You are responsible for defining and respecting the approved scope.
Account security
Keep account credentials and integration authorizations secure, use accurate registration information, and notify us if you believe an account is compromised.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service to access systems without authorization, distribute malware, evade legal controls, disrupt third parties, or violate applicable law.
AI-assisted results
Automated findings, fixes, investigations, and response proposals require qualified human review. You remain responsible for decisions and changes made to your systems.
Personal data
The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Business customers who process personal data through Rokkhe can request our data processing agreement.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the platform develops. Paid service levels, data retention, support, and commercial commitments are defined by an applicable order form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes between professionals fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. This does not remove any mandatory protection a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
